This chapter presents examples of investments in the club's 3 investment groups - startups, real estate and infrastructure.
In the startup sector, 3 companies are presented, in which the club made follow-on investments, as is done in other startup companies that appear promising. The main criteria for investing in startup companies are: the quality and experience of the leading team, the size of the current fundraising round, the existence of a recognized lead investor, previous fundraisings, patents, and more. The club usually invests in companies that are in the A round of fundraising.
In the real estate sector, two companies are presented - Crown and Wentz, with whom the club made a significant portion of its investments in the real estate sector.
In the field of infrastructure, the two main investments were made in the Israel Infrastructure Fund (2011).
A full breakdown of the investments appears in the portfolio section.
